PAYMENT FOR ANY COPPER SCRAP, CLEAN OR INSULATED, MUST BE HELD FOR 5 DAYS OR MAILED TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PHOTO ID PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF THE SALE.
