ALL SCRAP PURCHASES FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING, PER Tenn. Code Ann. § 62-9-103 & §62-9-104 :

-State issued photo ID

-Thumbprint

-Signature from the seller*

(*This signature declares the seller to be in rightful possession of the material being sold)

PAYMENT FOR ANY COPPER SCRAP, CLEAN OR INSULATED, MUST BE HELD FOR 5 DAYS OR MAILED TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PHOTO ID PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF THE SALE.
